DC Ballpark District Mixed-Use Re-development |

Dillon Development Partners serves as the Development Director for
a prominent DC developer coordinating the master planning for the
Ballpark District development area. The Ballpark District will offer
five exciting, fully integrated yet distinctive areas for the more
than 2.5 million fans attending Washington Nationals games, the residents
of Washington, DC and play a vital role in the City’s tourism
industry. Through a mixed-use development plan the Southeast Ballpark
District will provide homes, shopping and entertainment for everyone. |

Brick Works |

Dillon Development Partners is serving as the Owner’s Representative
for this 66 acre parcel poised on the edge of the City of Frederick’s
revitalized downtown and an integral part of the new “gateway”
into the City of Frederick. Working with the Owners, key agencies
and community groups Dillon Development Partners will facilitate bringing
this new mixed-use development to fruition. |

National Labor College |

Through Sumner Partners, an R/E developer, Dillon Development Partners
is providing on-site project management services for part of the National
Labor College’s $48 million Capital Campaign of new construction
and renovations on their 47 acre campus in Silver Spring, MD. Our
services include coordination of subcontractors’ work, maintaining
project schedule, identifying critical path issues, quality control
and change order reviews/dispute resolution. |

Susquehanna
Bank Construction Monitoring |

Dillon Development Partners is providing Construction Monitoring services on
behalf of Susquehanna Bank for a $4.5 million club house at Fountain
Head Country Club in Hagerstown, Maryland. On site inspections are
performed accompanied by photographs of work in progress, discussions
with club General Manager, construction Site Superintendent and
review of all schedules, change orders, status of contested change
orders and closes change orders. Dillon Development Partners maintains
records of inspections of all 3rd party inspectors, copies of Progress
Meeting Minutes, Change Orders and Requests for Information provided
to Architect and responses to General Contractor. |

The Avalon School |

The Avalon School, a private school teaching catholic
faith based education, looking for a permanent campus. Dillon Development
Partners, LLC provided professional services related to determining
the development opportunity for the schools facilities on certain
parcels of land identified by the school's real estate broker. Services
included perc testing of land, allowable building square footage based
upon Montgomery County zoning regulations, public water/sewer hookup
and other issues related to locating the school’s facilities. |

Adventure Park USA, a $10.5 million family entertainment
center in Frederick, MD. Dillon Development Partners, LLC provided
services to prepare the LLC Membership offering documents used to
raise more than $2.0 million of equity funding, $8.5 million in USDA
guaranteed debt and provides ongoing consulting services regarding
construction costs, construction schedule and change orders review. |

At its opening on September 14, 1997, Jack Kent Cooke
stadium was packed with more than 75,000 fans, fulfilling a dream
of the late Washington Redskins' owner, Mr. Cooke. The gleaming canopy
and towering white columns that characterize the stadium are a testament
to Mr. Cooke and the feats that were accomplished to create one of
the Washington area's premier public/private partnerships. The vision
became a reality because of the combined talents of a dedicated and
diligent team with Gregory R. Dillon playing a lead role |
