Weekly monitoring of State Highway Administration progress of the East Street Extension project
Working with Owner’s on development and disposition strategies
Meeting with local agencies and community groups regarding their development interests

The development of this property has multiple complex issues impacting the structure of the development team. Dillon Development Partners is researching these existing challenges and working with senior management of Frederick Brick Works to determine the risk/rewards of various transaction structures allowing senior management to make informed decisions regarding the development or disposition of their real estate assets.
